Hawaii Reserves, Inc. (HRI) manages several commercial properties in Laie and Honolulu, and several ground leases on Hawaii Island and the Island of Maui. While there is no vacant property on Hawaii Island or the Island of Maui, occasional vacancies occur in Honolulu and Laie.

 

On Oahu, HRI manages 120,000sf of commercial business property in the Kapiolani/Kalakaua district. Currently there are no vacancies and all tenants are on 3-year leases.

 

In Laie, HRI manages the 64,000sf Laie Shopping Center, the Laie Country Store, and the ground leases upon which the McDonalds and Courtyard Marriott are built.

 

While there are no current vacancies in the Laie Shopping Center or the Laie Country Store, lease rents average $3.50/sf/month and Common Area Maintenance (CAM) rents average $1.15/sf/month; each slightly lower than the overall Northshore averages for retail space.
